Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-04-17
This User Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a binding agreement between the operator of PhoneGrid (“PhoneGrid,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the user (“you” or “user”), and governs your access to and use of PhoneGrid’s desktop applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By clicking “Agree,” “Accept,” or any similar assent mechanism presented by PhoneGrid, or, where no such mechanism is presented, by downloading, installing, registering for, accessing, or using any Service after receiving conspicuous notice of this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Agreement or our Privacy Policy, do not click “Agree” or any similar button, and do not download, install, access, or use PhoneGrid or any of its Services.
1. PhoneGrid Services
We provide browser profile and virtual browser configuration services, including creating, managing, sharing, synchronizing, and using browser configuration files across one or more devices, and controlling browser, device, and fingerprint-related settings through the application or other service interfaces. Our Services are further described on our website and in our product materials.
PhoneGrid provides a digital identity execution environment designed for account management, browser profile isolation, automation-related workflows, and multi-account operations.
The Services are intended for identity isolation, account execution, and operational workflows. The Services do not provide financial services, asset custody, brokerage, exchange services, or digital asset management.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit or refuse the sale or provision of our Services to any person, account, geographic area, or jurisdiction, including for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, sanctions, export-control, risk-control, or business reasons, and to exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
We also reserve the right to limit the quantities, features, functions, or availability of any Services that we provide.
We strive to provide the Services with commercially reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with all third-party tools, or suitable for every specific purpose, use case, or user expectation.
2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must meet certain eligibility criteria to use PhoneGrid’s Services. You may browse the PhoneGrid website without registering an account. However, to register for and use the application or other authenticated Services, you must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have reached the age at which you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
If you use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to this Agreement.
You are responsible for your account and all activities conducted through it. To use the application, you may need to register an account, select an account name, and set a password. The information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. You must not use invalid email addresses or email addresses that you are not authorized to use.
When accessing or using our Services, you agree that you will not violate any applicable law, regulation, contract, intellectual property right, or third-party right, and that you are solely responsible for your conduct while using the Services.
You agree that you will not:
- take any action that infringes or violates the rights of others, violates the law, or violates your contractual or legal obligations to any person or entity;
- distribute unsolicited or unauthorized advertisements, promotional materials, spam, chain letters, automatic responses, or other similar communications;
- distribute software viruses, malicious code, or other harmful content designed to interfere with the normal functions of any software, hardware, network, or equipment;
- interfere with, disable, bypass, or disrupt the normal operation, integrity, security, warnings, permission controls, access restrictions, or risk controls of the Services;
- access or use another user’s account without authorization;
- damage, disable, overburden, or impair any system, data, password, network, or other information belonging to PhoneGrid or any third party;
- impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure or the infrastructure of our service providers;
- use any robot, crawler, spider, scraper, or similar automated means to access, collect, or extract data from any part of the Services without our prior written consent, except through APIs, integrations, automation features, or other interfaces expressly provided or authorized by PhoneGrid; or
- disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, underlying ideas, structure, or algorithms of the Services, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your local devices, local environment, browser configurations, credentials, browser extensions, local files, and any third-party software used together with the Services.
You are solely responsible for any installation, configuration, enabling, updating, or use of third-party wallets, wallet plugins, browser extensions, local files, device environments, automation scripts, and any interaction with blockchain networks, smart contracts, tokens, cryptocurrencies, or other digital assets.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe that you have violated this Agreement, created security risks, misused the Services, or used the Services in a manner that may expose PhoneGrid, its users, or third parties to harm, liability, or regulatory risk.
3. Subscription Plans
After installing the application and setting up an application account, you may choose an available subscription plan. The fees, billing cycles, and features of each subscription plan are described on the relevant pricing page of our website or other applicable purchase flow.
If you need a custom solution, please contact our customer support team at support@PhoneGrid.com.
4. Free Trial, Renewal, and Refund
Free trial orders may be manually reviewed and approved.
Users may renew their subscription through the PhoneGrid application or other available purchase channels.
We may provide a free trial for newly registered users to test the PhoneGrid application. Before purchasing any paid plan, you should ensure that you wish to continue using the Services.
Except as required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by PhoneGrid in writing, all fees are non-refundable once paid. PhoneGrid may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
5. Account Deletion
You may delete your account through the product using the account deletion function made available by PhoneGrid. Where such functionality is temporarily unavailable, you may contact customer support for assistance.
Please note that once your account is deleted, certain data associated with your account may be permanently deleted or become inaccessible, subject to applicable law, technical limitations, and PhoneGrid’s data retention obligations.
If your account is associated with a team, workspace, or administrative role, deleting the account may affect access to certain data, services, or functions for you and, where applicable, other related users within that team or workspace.
Deletion of your account does not automatically entitle you to any refund, cancellation of accrued charges, or reversal of any completed payment, except as required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by PhoneGrid in writing.
If you wish to use the Services again after deleting your account, you may need to register a new account and purchase or reactivate an applicable subscription, if any.
6. Digital Asset and Wallet Risk Notice
PhoneGrid is designed as a browser profile, identity execution, browser isolation, and account management environment. It is not a wallet, custodian, exchange, broker, financial institution, or digital asset service provider.
PhoneGrid itself does not access, store, manage, control, back up, transmit, or recover private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, wallet credentials, or digital assets.
Any wallet-related functionality used within the PhoneGrid environment is provided solely by third-party wallet plugins, extensions, or services selected, installed, enabled, or used by you, and not by PhoneGrid.
The security of any third-party wallet plugin or extension installed, enabled, updated, or used within the Services, including any private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, wallet credentials, and associated digital assets used with or through such third-party tools, remains solely the responsibility of the user and the applicable third party.
The Services are not intended to serve as a primary or long-term custody, safeguarding, or treasury-management environment for significant digital assets. Users are strongly discouraged from relying on third-party wallet plugins or extensions installed or used within the PhoneGrid environment as their primary means of safeguarding or managing significant digital assets. Users should use dedicated custody tools, hardware wallets, or other specialized solutions for significant digital assets.
User Security Baseline Obligations
Without limiting any other provision of this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that PhoneGrid itself does not access, store, manage, control, back up, transmit, or recover private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, wallet credentials, or digital assets, and that any wallet-related functionality used within the PhoneGrid environment is provided solely by third-party wallet plugins, extensions, or services selected or used by you.
Accordingly, you are solely responsible for how you install, enable, configure, update, access, and use any third-party wallet plugin, extension, or related service within the PhoneGrid environment, and for taking reasonable security precautions in connection with such use.
Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that:
- you will not use any third-party wallet plugin or extension installed or used within the PhoneGrid environment as your primary or long-term means of safeguarding, custodying, or treasury-managing significant digital assets;
- you will not use the Services, including any browser profile, shared environment, synchronization feature, local file, note, saved form input, automation workflow, script, export, or workspace function, to record, store, transmit, share, expose, or otherwise handle private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, wallet credentials, or similar highly sensitive wallet information in an insecure manner;
- where significant digital assets are involved, you should use dedicated custody tools, hardware wallets, or other specialized security solutions rather than relying primarily on browser wallet plugins used within the PhoneGrid environment;
- you are responsible for maintaining a secure and up-to-date local device and operating environment, including reasonable access controls, software updates, malware protection, and, where available, multi-factor authentication for relevant accounts and services; and
- if you use the Services in a team, workspace, or shared-access setting, you will not unnecessarily share wallet-enabled browser environments, provide wallet access to unauthorized or unnecessary personnel, or use shared or administrator accounts as the primary means of managing high-risk wallets or significant digital assets.
Failure to follow the foregoing baseline precautions may materially increase the risk of unauthorized access, compromise, or loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PhoneGrid shall not be liable for losses arising out of or relating to a user’s failure to follow such precautions.
Risk Allocation
Without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that the following are at your sole risk and responsibility, and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PhoneGrid shall not be liable for losses arising out of or relating to them:
- loss of income, revenue, trading gains, contract opportunities, anticipated benefits, airdrops, points, staking rewards, or other speculative or derivative opportunities;
- interruption, suspension, delay, degradation, incompatibility, or termination of the Services or any third-party wallet, extension, blockchain-related service, or local environment;
- loss, corruption, deletion, inaccessibility, misconfiguration, inconsistency, or incompatibility of data, including browser profiles, browser configuration files, browser or device settings, fingerprint-related settings, local files, or digital identities;
- lost devices, deleted or unbacked-up configurations, forgotten passwords, insecure backups, unofficial download or update channels, or compromised local devices, local environments, or credentials;
- disclosure of configuration, credentials, private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, wallet credentials, or other sensitive information; lending, sharing, assigning, or transferring browser environments or account access; or use of wallet plugins or extensions in insecure conditions;
- user error or misoperation, including incorrect fingerprint settings, incorrect automation scripts, incorrect addresses, incorrect approvals, incorrect networks or nodes, repeated or duplicate transactions, or failure to verify counterparties or transaction details;
- blockchain congestion, forks, protocol changes, reorganizations, validator or node failure, smart contract issues, gas pricing issues, RPC or bridge failure, or conflict or incompatibility involving third-party wallets, extensions, or software;
- software supply chain attacks or compromises, malicious or unauthorized updates, compromise of dependencies, packages, libraries, or SDKs, compromise of build systems, CI/CD, release or deployment pipelines, distribution channels, or code-signing infrastructure, keys, or certificates, or similar compromise affecting PhoneGrid, third-party wallets, browser extensions, plugins, local software, device operating systems, cloud providers, or related service providers; or
- lack of familiarity with browser isolation, wallet extensions, blockchain technology, smart contracts, or other related technical matters.
PhoneGrid may, at its sole discretion, display warnings, require confirmations, restrict certain workflows, or require renewed acknowledgement when users install, enable, update, or use wallet-related plugins, extensions, or related features.
Any warning, notification, confirmation mechanism, or workflow restriction provided by PhoneGrid is a risk-control measure only and does not create any custody, fiduciary, monitoring, protective, insurance, advisory, or other special duty on the part of PhoneGrid.
7. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services may become inaccessible, unavailable, degraded, delayed, incompatible, or experience data loss, delay, corruption, or failure due to reasons including but not limited to:
- your non-payment, late payment, failure to renew, or account suspension;
- improper operation, misuse, misconfiguration, user error, or other user-related behavior;
- your website content, local environment, browser environment, or conduct in violation of this Agreement or applicable law;
- force majeure events, disasters, widespread Internet failures, telecommunications failures, cloud failures, or other events beyond our reasonable control;
- planned or unplanned maintenance, upgrades, emergency fixes, patches, version changes, compatibility issues, or third-party service interruptions;
- hacking, malware, distributed denial-of-service attacks, software supply chain attacks or compromises, malicious or unauthorized updates, compromise of dependencies, packages, libraries, or SDKs, compromise of build systems, CI/CD, release or deployment pipelines, distribution channels, or code-signing infrastructure, keys, or certificates, or other compromise affecting the Internet, telecommunications infrastructure, cloud systems, local devices, PhoneGrid, third-party software, or related service providers; or
- conflicts or failures involving third-party wallets, browser extensions, plugins, local software, local storage, or device operating systems.
We recommend that users regularly back up relevant data. PhoneGrid is not obligated to store, recover, or provide backup data to users.
We do not monitor or control the specific purposes for which users use the Services, and we are not responsible for users’ conduct, content, or third-party interactions.
PhoneGrid does not inspect, collect, or monitor users’ private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or other sensitive wallet inputs as part of ordinary Service operation.
All content, data, websites, software, wallets, browser extensions, automation scripts, blockchain-related tools, or third-party services accessed through the Services are used at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any resulting damage, liability, or loss arising from your use of the Services.
EXCEPT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PhoneGrid and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:
- loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, contract opportunities, goodwill, anticipated savings, trading gains, airdrops, points, or other expected benefits;
- loss of data, browser profiles, browser environments, browser configuration files, fingerprint-related settings, device settings, accounts, credentials, digital identities, or other information;
- loss of tokens, cryptocurrency, digital assets, or other blockchain-based assets; or
- damages arising from unauthorized access, hacking, malware, software supply chain attacks or compromises, malicious or unauthorized updates, compromise of dependencies, packages, libraries, or SDKs, compromise of build systems, CI/CD, release or deployment pipelines, distribution channels, or code-signing infrastructure, keys, or certificates, third-party software, browser extensions, local devices, local environments, wallet software, blockchain transactions, smart contracts, private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, wallet credentials, or other third-party services or infrastructure.
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, PhoneGrid shall have no liability for any loss or theft of private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, wallet credentials, cryptocurrency, tokens, or digital assets arising out of or relating to software supply chain attacks or compromises, malicious or unauthorized updates, compromise of dependencies, packages, libraries, or SDKs, compromise of build systems, CI/CD, release or deployment pipelines, distribution channels, or code-signing infrastructure, keys, or certificates, third-party wallets, browser extensions, local devices, local environments, third-party services, blockchain networks, or user conduct. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of PhoneGrid arising out of or relating to the Services or this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to PhoneGrid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim.
Nothing in this Agreement obligates PhoneGrid to provide compensation, reimbursement, insurance, or ex gratia support for any loss, except as required by applicable law or expressly agreed by PhoneGrid in writing. Any customer support, incident response, courtesy credit, goodwill payment, or ex gratia assistance provided by PhoneGrid is discretionary and does not constitute an admission of liability, fault, causation, or damages.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability to the extent such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Payment Methods
We may offer a variety of payment methods for the Services. Available payment methods may vary by country, region, or product and may include PayPal and other online or local payment channels.
10. Disclaimer of Third-Party Websites and Services
Any links to third-party websites, software, wallets, browser extensions, APIs, automation tools, blockchain services, nodes, bridges, exchanges, DApps, or other services provided through PhoneGrid do not imply endorsement by PhoneGrid of any product, service, information, or content presented therein.
PhoneGrid does not control and does not guarantee the availability, legality, security, accuracy, reliability, or ongoing compatibility of any third-party product or service, including any wallet plugin, browser extension, or blockchain-related service.
Any third-party wallet plugin, browser extension, DApp, blockchain node, bridge, exchange, API, RPC endpoint, or other third-party service is provided under that third party’s own terms and policies, not under this Agreement.
If you suffer any loss from using such third-party products or services, PhoneGrid will not be liable for such loss to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Because PhoneGrid has no control over the terms of use, privacy policies, or security practices of third-party websites or services, you should read and understand those terms and policies carefully before use.
11. Privacy Policy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and disclose your personal data.
12. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PhoneGrid and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to:
- your access to or use of the Services;
- your violation of this Agreement or applicable law;
- your accounts, browser profiles, automation workflows, wallet plugins, browser extensions, local environments, or third-party tools used with the Services; or
- your infringement, misappropriation, or violation of any third-party right.
13. Feedback
If you provide PhoneGrid with any feedback, suggestions, ideas, comments, or other information regarding PhoneGrid or the Services (“Feedback”), you hereby grant PhoneGrid a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and otherwise exploit such Feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
If you do not wish to grant the foregoing rights, please do not submit Feedback to us.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this Agreement and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services, including any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, breach, termination, or enforceability, shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without reference to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC Rules”) for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.
The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The law governing this arbitration agreement shall be the laws of Singapore. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any arbitration or litigation permitted under this Agreement shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not on a class, collective, representative, or consolidated basis. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a class, collective, representative, or consolidated proceeding, except to the extent mandatory law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this Section prevents PhoneGrid from seeking temporary, preliminary, or injunctive relief, or enforcement of any arbitral award, in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If binding arbitration or any class, collective, representative, or consolidated action waiver in this Section is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, then that claim shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore, except to the extent mandatory law requires otherwise.
15. Miscellaneous
You consent to receive agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications from PhoneGrid electronically, including through the Services, website, email, account notices, or other reasonable electronic means, and agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No failure or delay by PhoneGrid in exercising any right, power, or remedy under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver thereof.
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any policies or documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and PhoneGrid regarding the Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, regarding the Services.
If this Agreement is translated into any language other than English, the English version shall control in the event of any conflict or inconsistency, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Contact Information
If you have any questions regarding this Agreement, please contact PhoneGrid via our Customer Support team at support@PhoneGrid.com.
17. Changes to this Agreement
PhoneGrid reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time.
If we make material changes to this Agreement, we may provide notice through the application, website, email, account message, pop-up notice, or other reasonable electronic means. Where required by applicable law, or where we determine it appropriate, we may require you to re-accept the updated Agreement before you continue using some or all of the Services.
Unless otherwise stated, the revised Agreement will become effective when posted or on the effective date stated in the notice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
